The selection process for the BHEL Welder Recruitment 2024 includes following stages. Candidates can check the following stages.
- All eligible applications received will be screened with reference to the advertised educational qualification and experience in welding and will be considered for further process.
- In the event of eligible candidates being large, they will be shortlisted for Skill Test in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies, in order of merit to the number of vacancies in each category. The merit will be based on the marks received in ITI & NAC (Weightage of 50% to ITI Marks, 25% to NAC Marks) & marks for qualifying Experience (25% Weightage).
